Add a venue and you add one line to the bill. Add people to a venue you already run and, up to the plan's cap, you add nothing at all. That is why the per-property number is the one on the cards above.

Questions
What operators ask about the bill
The four that come up before anyone signs anything. If yours isn't here it is a short email away, and we answer these ourselves.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth and Pro both start with a 14-day trial, no card required, with every feature of the plan switched on. Nothing is billed until the trial ends and you decide to continue.
Starter is not a trial at all. It is free permanently for one property and up to 8 employees, so a small venue that never needs more than that never has to pay us.
What happens if I add more employees than my plan includes?
On Growth, employees beyond the 25 included are billed at each per month, added to your next invoice. Nobody is locked out and no scan is refused: a shift that happened is recorded whether or not the headcount moved that month.
On Starter the cap is hard, because a free tier that quietly starts charging is not a free tier. You are told when you reach 8 and asked to move to Growth. On Pro, passing 60 at a property is usually the point where Enterprise pricing works out cheaper, so we will tell you that rather than let it run.
Can I change plans anytime?
Up or down, whenever you like, from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the days remaining. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Cancelling leaves your data intact and exportable for 90 days. Attendance records are the evidence behind a pay run, and losing them the moment a card expires would be indefensible.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. Bangladesh is priced at roughly 42% of the listed rate, because charging a Dhaka restaurant a London price would just mean they carry on with a paper book. Use the region selector above to see your rate; it is detected from your browser and you can change it.
The UK, UAE, USA, Italy and Australia are at the listed rate. If you operate somewhere not on the list and the pricing does not fit your market, email us and say so. More regions get added as we learn where the listed rate genuinely does not work.
